Useless for booking trains. There is a glitch in the calendar, will not let you advance after choosing your date.

I created a profile and even joined VIA Préférence and still couldnt access my previously booked tickets. Wasted my time and gave them all my details for nothing. Sounded good but turned out to be pointless!

As a guest user following the status of a train that travels over 2 days, the app does not find the train on the second day and the app will not allow you to select a date in the past. This is a major design flaw.

Aesthetic design ok in theory but buggy per other reviews & the data behind it is completely unreliable: late trains show as on time; better no info than wrong info, guys...

I downloaded this app so I could add a via rail booking that I have just made to my iPhone Wallet. Unfortunately this app does not allow me to retrieve a previous booking. For a travel and booking app this is quite the epic fail. I would have assumed that retrieving bookings was a basic functionality on every booking app, but I guess my expectations were too high. This is a spectacular lack of insight into basic customer needs.

App no longer works after last few updates Cannot uninstall open or do anything with it

I wanted to add an existing reservation to my trips and could not. There is no point to having this app.

Not even basic functionality. Get into the 1990s!

Very easy to use and faster to book than Amtrak

This app doesnt even allow you to check ticket availability or prices unless you sign in (and maybe not even then). Also, its hard to navigate back and forward in the train schedule search--theres no . And when you try to fill in the arrival station, the app keeps sending you instead to the train number field. Poor design.
