Useless

I downloaded this app so I could add a via rail booking that I have just made to my iPhone Wallet. Unfortunately this app does not allow me to retrieve a previous booking. For a travel and booking app this is quite the epic fail. I would have assumed that retrieving bookings was a basic functionality on every booking app, but I guess my expectations were too high. This is a spectacular lack of insight into basic customer needs.
